Sorry I upset you with my little mess. However, you are rightfully entitled to an explanation about this situation that has occurred this week. I'll do my best to answer your questions.

First about the mess with scrape lumber: I had just finish a long 7 month remodel job and the house was about to be rented out. We didn't have enough to make a third trip to the dump so a few of us grabbed some of it and took it home with us.

I've been taking small portions of it to local dumpsters and garbage cans I've found around town. Believe it or not, more has left the pile than has shown since

I've been whittling away on it for a while, which has only been a few weeks now.

As for any living there, I just don't why I would even want to when I have a better place that is level, quieter, has better TV reception and free Internet and the people know why I'm there, and it doesn't cost me a dime. And the only time I have ever stayed overnight at the garage is when my truck broke down last winter and I had the tow truck drop it off there because my tools are in the garage and I had to wait for the fuel pump to arrive. So that took two nights.

As for the extra electricity: After working heavily on a remodel job for seven months, I felt I needed to get around to finishing that tool box (that big moving crate you asked about.) It got a bit tiring working out of that small wooden caddy trunk. My band saw isn't the greatest so it is pretty slow and after hours of running it was obvious to me that I would be getting a call from you about the electricity and I wasn't about to try to pull one over on you.

I know that my table and miter saw makes noise, but I know most of the neighbors and they assured me that they didn't mind just as long as I quite making noise by 6 pm. So most of my work was done on weekends because I surf in the mornings an start work about noon and quit work later than most tradesmen. So I don't get back to the garage before dark sometimes. And there were a few nights I was there a little late because of my set back work day but painting is quite and I had nothing else to do.

Sure I understand you told me that the place was rented as a storage unit, but the guy that rented the bigger unit told me that he told you the he rented it for a place to restore his car.

But then again, we are back to what who said what. Like I already know what James told you about me and where he got his information because just the other day, when I was parked in front of the gate. Brandin got all bent out of shape and went off the handle calling me a big no body and stuff that was very unpleasant to have to endure and I don't need to hear.

Any how, I got the conclusion of what went on here when he said, "You mean if you do a background check on you...." Can you believe it, after two years? He didn't listen to a word I said. I know he told James and I know who told him. Never the less, he's not the most pleasant neighbor to have. (The next day he confessed to his friend, just where he got his information from.)

The truth is, it's called slander and it's character assassination and something I've had to live with since I lost my home to a fire department rigged with personnel hired by affirmative action. Yes, they endangered my life trying to put out my work van and they had to come back and put out my house because they didn't stick around long enough to make sure it was out. Yeah, pretty bad.

I took the last bit of insurance money and invented my truck only to find out Bill Clinton changed the patent laws just weeks into my project.

Now I never wanted to get into all this but, the truth is, I willingly sat in the detention centre of the department of immigration in Australia for five months, trying to get political asylum so I would not have to come back to this. It's persecution for something I didn't do and I realize there is no way for you to understand just what kind of living hell I go through. Something I would rather not bother you with, but there is corruption in this country and nobody wants to care because they know there is nothing we can do about it.

I actually hope you did call the police. If so I wonder what they told you. I've actually tried doing a criminal background check on myself because I would love to find one that wasn't true. I'm not sure how you will react to all this, but as harsh as things have been, I have begun to look for another garage, and cleaning out the one I'm in now even though it's inconvenient for me to do such a thing since I've been planning to move away from the central coast anyway and I'd rather just move everything just once. So please have patience with me. I'm not sure if it will be this month or the next but I'll let you know as soon as I know.
